Holidays for Happy Hens in West London!

Going on holiday and need to find someone to care for your poultry?  Looking for a chicken sitter?  Let us solve the problem for you.

We've owned hens for 6 years now and we love all things chicken!   Alongside our own securely homed girls we have an Eglu Classic which can house up to 3 large chickens and 4 smaller chickens or 4 to 5 bantams.

We have a West London eco-friendly garden and your boarding chooks will have their own run and not be integrated with our hens, keeping any chance of cross infection and attack or pecking order behaviours by other hens at bay.  They will be kept meticulously clean, warm (or cool!), fed with organic layers pellets, corn, crushed oyster shells, dried mealworms, sunflower seeds and finely chopped lettuce and spinach.  In fact, they'll probably be better fed and pampered than you will on your holiday!  If you have a preferred feed, please ask, or if you have special treats you wish us to give them, please bring them along.

Their Eglu has its own run which is secure from fox attack and has a shade for sun or rain protection.  We also have several "foxwatch" devices around the garden which have been very effective over the years in keeping foxes away.  We're experienced and informed chicken keepers so you can be assured your poultry will be in good hands.

As this is a London garden, we can't board cocks/cockerals, apologies.
